The hotel, managed by AHC+Hospitality, was completed in 2019 and has quickly become a hub for events and community connections in Grand Rapids. This hotel features ground-floor restaurant space that will be the future home to Tupelo Honey Café in 2020. The Hyatt Place Grand Rapids- Downtown is connected to the 15-story Warner Building by a 5-story parking ramp.
