Drafting of comprehensive marketing strategy to include: financial analysis or pro forma project budget, current market sale/lease comparables, demographical information, floor plans, & preliminary construction costs.
Assistance coordinating physical and environmental inspections, coordination of title,survey, appraisal, closing scheduling etc.
Deal Structure Underwriting
Drafting of preliminary pro forma project budget based on current market sale/lease comparables, and demographical information.
Financing Request for Proposal (RFP) / Negotiation
Creation of financing package for presentation to financial institutions to secure the most favorable financing terms.
Appraisal Underwriting, Coordination, & Review
Collection & delivery of key valuation information, underwriting of initial value, and review of the 3 rd party appraisal process.
Municipal Approval Assistance
Assist with the application, public hearing, and approval processes involved with zoning and site plan approvals.
Development Incentive Approval
If applicable; facilitation of municipal development incentive applications and approvals. (ie. OPRA, NEZ, Brownfield TIF, etc.)
Public Relations / Marketing
Upon approval of client’s leadership and team, a coordinated joint effort for a public relations release will be coordinated and paid for by our team at the beginning, middle, or end of the project timeline.
